“Modi also asserted that the INDIA coalition has devised a ‘methodology’ wherein the factions within the opposition coalition would assume the position of Prime Minister sequentially for a year each if they ascend to power.”
Prime Minister Narendra Modi articulated on Tuesday that the Indian government’s strategy in combatting terrorism has undergone a significant transformation compared to the practices during the Congress era.
“In the days of the Congress regime, the headlines revolved around India furnishing another dossier to Pakistan concerning terrorist activities. There were instances where certain sections of the media would applaud upon the dispatch of such dossiers,” remarked Modi during an electoral gathering in Maharashtra’s Latur.
“Presently, India refrains from dispatching dossiers. Today, India infiltrates and eliminates terrorists within its own borders,” articulated Modi.
Modi also maintained that the INDIA coalition has devised a “methodology” wherein the factions within the opposition coalition would assume the position of Prime Minister sequentially for a year each if they ascend to power.
“With such a framework in place, one cannot anticipate the nation’s welfare,” Modi asserted.
“Some individuals advocate for a fragmented premiership. They have opted for an annual rotation of the Prime Ministerial office,” he stated.
Taking aim at Congress leader Rahul Gandhi, Modi remarked, “When I expound on ‘EK Bharat Shreshtha Bharat’, the scion of the Congress experiences a bout of fever.”
